Job Title: Billing & Admin Coordinator Were looking for a detail-oriented, numbers-savvy professional to join our team! In this role, you'll wear many hats to support our operations and oversee the billing department. Were seeking someone who's confident with Excel, organized, and comes from an administrative background. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and reconcile billing to ensure no claims are missed or mishandled Review and track spreadsheets and reports with precision Provide hands-on support to clients with Medicaid applications, especially for those missing the home care benefit Help clients submit required forms and follow up with Medicaid and applicants as needed Tackle a variety of tasks as the role evolves flexibility is key! Qualifications: Strong math and Excel skills Administrative experience with a sharp eye for detail Highly organized and proactive No medical billing experience needed Schedule: Full-time | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM MT (9 hours) Some flexibility available
