This role plays a key part in connecting with potential candidates. The role is simple but impactful — you will focus on reaching out to candidates, checking their interest, and scheduling conversations with our recruitment managers in the US. What You’ll Do Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Coordinate and schedule interviews or calls with US-based staffing managers. Provide timely updates to the recruitment team to ensure smooth handover of engaged candidates. Keep accurate and organized records of outreach and responses. Reach out to candidates via email or message to check their availability and interest. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any field At least 1-2 years of US-based sourcing experience Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
