About Cresta:
Welcome to Cresta! We are a leading staffing company specializing in tailored recruitment
solutions for US-based construction, architecture, and engineering (AEC) firms. We pride
ourselves on our extensive network, industry expertise, and our ability to connect innovative
firms with top-tier technical talent. At Cresta, we don’t just find candidates; we identify the
professionals who will shape the future of construction.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Specialist Sourcer to lead the initial discovery and engagement phase of
our recruitment cycle. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our recruiters, using
advanced research techniques and creative outreach to identify high-caliber talent that isn't
always visible on the surface. We are looking for someone with a high level of intellectual
curiosity, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates and build
sustainable talent pipelines. If you are a natural researcher who enjoys the "hunt" for the perfect
profile and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you belong on our team.
Responsibilities (What the day-to-day looks like):
In this role, you will be responsible for:
● Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping:
○ Execute active sourcing using Boolean logic, resume databases, and digital
networks to identify top-tier talent for the AEC industry.
○ Perform deep-dive market research to understand talent availability and map out
potential candidates in specific geographic and technical sectors.
○ Post and manage vacancies across multiple platforms, ensuring our job ads
reach the right niche communities and professional groups.
○ SEO & Performance Optimization: Apply SEO principles to job titles and
descriptions to improve organic visibility and ranking on LinkedIn and other hiring
platforms.
● Engagement & Relationship Management::
○ Act as the first point of contact for potential candidates, delivering personalized
and compelling outreach that reflects Cresta’s professional brand.
○ Guide interested professionals toward our CRM platform, ensuring a smooth
transition into the formal application process.
○ Maintain active communication with High-Potential Talent to keep our internal
pipeline warm for future opportunities.
● Candidate Screening & Data Integrity:
○ Review applications and portfolios with a high attention to detail to ensure
technical alignment with client requirements.
○ Categorize and manage candidates within Recruit CRM, ensuring all notes, tags,
and status updates are accurate and real-time.
○ Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate visual assets that enhance our
job postings' engagement rates.
● Internal Collaboration::
○ Participate in calibration syncs with Recruiters and Operations Managers to
refine candidate profiles based on real-time project feedback.
○ Share data-driven insights on sourcing performance and talent trends to help
optimize our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements (What we are looking for):
● Background & Experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration,
Psychology, or International Relations.
○ 2+ years of experience in high-volume talent sourcing, executive search, or
specialized recruitment research.
○ Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates through
advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative digital sourcing
channels.
○ Expertise in Pipeline Management: Experience managing the top-of-the-funnel
stages, ensuring a constant and qualified flow of candidates into a CRM/ATS.
○ Digital Marketing & SEO Literacy: Experience applying SEO principles to job
postings or digital content to increase organic reach and platform ranking.
○ Industry Familiarity: Previous experience sourcing for technical industries
(Architecture, Engineering, or Construction - AEC) is highly preferred but not
mandatory.
● Technical Proficiency:
○ English Proficiency (B2 - C1): Professional written and verbal communication is
essential for candidate outreach and team reporting.
○ Software Mastery: Expertise in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and
familiarity with CRM/ATS systems (Recruit CRM or similar).
○ Digital Agility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sourcing tools and social
media engagement tactics.
● Organizational and Time Management Skills:
○ Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining
attention to detail.
○ Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
○ Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving recruitment goals.
● Soft Skills:
○ Resilience: A positive attitude toward high-volume outreach and the "hunt" for
difficult-to-find profiles.
○ Attention to Detail: Precision in evaluating resumes and maintaining database
hygiene.
○ Proactivity: A self-starter mindset focused on meeting pipeline goals and
improving sourcing efficiency.
