Solution Architect (Industrial IoT / IIoT) Location : Hamburg / Remote Full-time We’re currently supporting an innovative Industrial IoT software company that is helping manufacturers modernize production environments through scalable connectivity solutions. Their platform enables factories to connect machines, unify industrial data, and build smarter, more efficient operations with reduced energy consumption and less waste. They are looking for a Solution Architect to bridge technical consulting, pre-sales, and customer solution design in a highly technical B2B environment. What you’ll do: Support the technical sales cycle from discovery to Proof of Concept Design and present tailored solution architectures based on customer requirements Act as a trusted advisor for customers in industrial IT / OT environments Translate market and customer feedback into actionable insights for product and go-to-market teams Create technical content supporting sales initiatives and customer engagements Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic positioning What they’re looking for: Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Consultative Selling Strong understanding of industrial IT/OT environments, cloud architectures, MES, or IIoT ecosystems Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to different stakeholders Structured, self-driven working style with strong communication skills Fluent German (C1+) and English Nice to have Experience with industrial communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, HTTP, or BACnet Exposure to manufacturing, smart factory, or industrial automation environments What’s in it for you Remote-first setup with flexible working hours Offices in Berlin and Hamburg Flat hierarchies and high ownership culture Modern tech stack and strong technical environment Learning & development support 30 vacation days + additional leave based on tenure Monthly allowance for mobility, sports, meals, or bike leasing Team events and collaborative international culture
