Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, React, Java, Node.js, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, and GoLang, with the ability to create, test, and solve complex coding problems. • Experience in software development, with a strong understanding of coding principles and practices, including the ability to review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance, and deliver constructive feedback to guide AI improvements. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest advancements in programming languages.
