Social Media Specialist

DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in growing organic following and engagement to:

• Develop and execute an engaging social media content strategy
• Be Hands-On with creating and editing social content (including videos) across various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust approach to maximize results.
• Engage with the community through comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

The GOALS for this position are to:

• Grow DesignRush YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high-quality content
• We are seeking an expert with a clear vision, strategy, and know how to grow our social channels.
• Drive traffic to the site
• Achieve high community engagement (e.g., by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation)

Required skills:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful PAID & ORGANIC social media campaigns
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Hands-On Expertise in utilizing AI and social tools to create and edit photos and videos.
• Proven track record of growing brands organically – through social pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure results
