We are seeking to hire a forward thinking and proactive Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in growing organic following and engagement to: Develop and execute an engaging social media content strategy that will help us attract candidates and recruiters in the restaurant & hospitality industry. Be Hands-On with creating and editing social content (including videos) across various social media platforms, including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust approach to maximize results. Engage with the community through comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The GOALS for this position are to: Grow OysterLink’s YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high-quality content tailored to hospitality professionals. We are seeking an expert with a clear vision, strategy and know how to grow our social channels. Drive qualified traffic from social channels to OysterLink site. Achieve high community engagement (e.g. by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation) Required skills: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful PAID & ORGANIC social media campaigns Excellent English speaking and writing skills Hands-On Expertise in utilizing AI and social tools to create and edit photos and videos. Proven track record of growing brands organically – through social pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
