Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to increase Fleak’s brand visibility and engagement. You will manage daily channel operations, monitor conversations, respond to community interactions, and support timely communication around product releases, events, and thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating or coordinating visual and written assets, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning, publishing, and engaging across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to align social campaigns to broader growth, brand, and demand-generation strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear writing, concise messaging, and professional interaction with online communities and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track KPIs, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to work in remote teams.
• Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or data infrastructure is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to testing new formats, trends, and channels.
