Job Description This is a remote position. We’re looking for more than a graphic designer. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who understands marketing, strategy, and performance, not just aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Build and manage social calendars across based food brands Align every post with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal restaurant promotions Know which posts should be boosted, when to schedule for optimal reach, and how to execute without hand holding Run Meta ads efficiently; set up, monitor, and optimize paid social Track KPIs and help match social content to operational performance and in-store sales Communicate with on-ground teams for real-time execution Think critically and solve problems independently Requirements A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution Minimum 2+ years experience running social for multiple brands (agency or in-house), ideally in F&B or retail Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics Understands how social drives business, not just impressions
