Social Media Manager for a USA Company - Remote

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our client's TikTok and Instagram presence. This role is responsible for creating and scheduling content, staying on top of platform trends, and supporting the brand with light video editing and graphic design work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media accounts, understands what performs well on TikTok and Instagram, and is comfortable creating content, editing short-form videos, and designing basic social media assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content
• Develop content ideas based on platform trends and audience engagement
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Perform light video editing for short-form content
• Create banners, informational graphics, and branded memes
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
• Use scheduling tools to organize and publish content efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (required)
• Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and posting cadence
• Experience creating engaging short-form social media content
• Proficiency with IG Edits App and/or CapCut for video editing
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Photoshop for graphic design
• Experience using at least one social media scheduling platform such as Later, Buffer, Planoly, or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks simultaneously
