We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, strengthen community engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple social platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, writers, and brand partners to produce high-quality content. Monitor trends in cocktails, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, and digital marketing. Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnership campaigns. Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights. Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms. Coordinate live coverage for events, tastings, launches, and industry activations. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend optimization strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong analytical skills with experience using social media insights and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, events, or luxury brands. Knowledge of cocktail culture, spirits, bars, and beverage trends.
