You will play a key role in transforming GivenGain’s social presence into a dynamic, creator-informed, community-powered ecosystem that inspires action and amplifies impact globally, while also driving measurable performance through both organic and paid social initiatives. The Role We are looking for a creator-focused, social-first marketer and content builder to help evolve and execute our global social media presence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help shape direction while owning day-to-day content creation, publishing, community engagement, paid campaigns, and performance optimisation. You will report directly to Christopher Gaube, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), based in New York, USA, and work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and storytelling to life across platforms. You will own both organic and paid social efforts, with responsibility for budget management, performance tracking, and ongoing optimisation across channels. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to take ownership, build something meaningful, and grow into a larger leadership role over time. What You'll Own Social Strategy, Execution & Growth (Organic + Paid) Execute and continuously refine GivenGain’s social media strategy across both organic and paid channels Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and scaling Own budget tracking, pacing, and performance reporting across platforms Support growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and expansion into TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels Continuously optimise content and spend based on performance data and audience insights Content Creation & Storytelling Create and publish platform-native content, including short-form video, graphics, and copy Develop content series, campaign storytelling, and always-on narratives Elevate the stories of fundraisers, charities, event partners, and global impact initiatives Identify emerging creator trends and adapt them for GivenGain audiences Help establish a distinctive and engaging social voice for the brand Community Management & Creator Activation Engage with and grow our global community of fundraisers, charities, supporters, and event participants Support the development of a creator and ambassador ecosystem, particularly within endurance sport and fundraising communities Identify and activate fundraising champions, partners, influencers, and user-generated content opportunities Foster meaningful interactions that strengthen community engagement and advocacy Real-Time & Campaign Execution Execute real-time content around major fundraising moments and events, including global marathons, Giving Day campaigns, and key partner initiatives Support integrated campaign rollouts across multiple social channels Monitor social conversations and identify opportunities for timely participation Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Christopher Gaube, Chief Marketing Officer Global Marketing Manager, Creative Director, Customer Success Team & Partnerships Team Ensure social media activity aligns with broader marketing, product, partner, and community initiatives.
