We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Buyer’s Agent Admin to support our Branch Manager, Sharon, in managing three thriving branches. This role is perfect for someone who excels in social media management, buyer’s agent administrative tasks, and business development support, all while bringing their creative flair to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across all platforms.
Create visually stunning content using Canva that aligns with marketing goals.
Schedule, monitor, and engage with social media audiences to drive engagement and growth.
Provide efficient and organized administrative support for buyer’s agent activities.
Maintain and update client records, contracts, and schedules.
Assist with property research, inspections, and client communications.
Collaborate on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to push the brand forward.
Manage and execute branch-specific marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
Assist in generating leads and nurturing client relationships.
Support business development activities to drive growth across branches.
Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools for creating professional content.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Highly creative with a knack for generating fresh, engaging ideas.
Confident and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in buyer’s agent admin tasks or real estate support is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.
