About this Position The Social Media Lead drives content strategy, campaign execution, and community engagement across social platforms, with a strong focus on strengthening employer reputation. This role transforms insights into impactful storytelling to attract, engage, and inspire talent. What you´ll do Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute social media strategies, content, and campaigns Monitor performance, analyze trends and competitor activity, and turn insights into actionable recommendations Lead ambassador calls and share best practices, learnings, and key insights Create engaging copy and scripts for social media posts and videos while actively responding to audience inquiries and comment Drive monthly content planning, coordinate local content inputs, and ensure seamless campaign execution Manage day to day social media operations, including content publishing and KPI tracking What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Media, Communication Arts, or related courses Minimum of four (4) years of working experience in Digital Communications or Online Marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation In-depth understanding of key social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as content publishing platforms like Sprinklr Must be a highly creative individual who can develop fresh ideas and translate them into inspiring digital content High proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills Experience in Employer Branding campaigns is highly preferred.
