aim2balance.ai is an EU-based, sustainable and human-centered AI alternative platform, built on a foundation of sovereignty and balance. We believe that the advancement of AI must coexist with the protection of our mental and physical environments. Our mission is co-initiated by an international team of developers and Bergwaldprojekt e.V., a German Environmental NGO dedicated to the practical protection and restoration of ecosystems.

The product is built. Now, we need to tell the story.

We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Lead who can take our grand vision and translate it into a compelling digital presence. This isn't about "gaming the algorithm"; it's about building a community of people who value ethical AI, (EU) data sovereignty, and environmental stewardship.

Your Focus

• Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive social media plan across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Storytelling: Communicate our holistic vision (Data, Mind, Earth) through engaging, human-centric narratives.
• Outreach: Manage influencer and partner relations to expand our reach within the ethical tech, philosophy, EU-sovereignty and sustainability circles.
• Growth: Drive traction and user acquisition as we scale from our recent launch.

Logistics & Evolution

We are in our launch phase and are currently securing grants and gaining initial traction. Because of this, the role evolves as follows:

• Phase 1 (June-July): Voluntary basis.
• Phase 2 (beyond July): Transition to a paid role as funding and traction solidify.
• Commitment: 10-20 hours per week during the voluntary phase, evolving into a full-time position.
• Location: 100% Remote / Würzburg.
• Language: English fluency is required; German language skills are a significant advantage.

Who You Are

• You have a proven track record in social media strategy (please provide a portfolio).
• You are driven by values of sustainability, ethical AI, and cognitive/political sovereignty.
• You are comfortable working in a lean, "family-style" startup environment.
• You are a self-starter who can operate independently but values deep collaboration.
