Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing both the company's social media presence as well as social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries.

This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for the company and assigned clients.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Content Creation & Coordination

• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and post descriptions.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-quality content.
• Suggest creative campaign ideas and content strategies.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Client Management

• Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, and feedback.
• Understand client goals and align social media activities accordingly.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of content.

Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and social interactions.
• Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a professional manner.
• Escalate customer concerns or sensitive issues when required.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on analytics and insights.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Support other marketing initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience with social media advertising and boosted campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
