The Role We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Designer and Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our team remotely and support our Melbourne-based creatives. This is a full time contractor role, Monday to Friday, working closely with our team to produce high-quality design and video content for a portfolio of Australian clients. We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, a genuine eye for design, and the skills to produce content that meets the standards of the Australian market. What You Will Be Doing Designing social media assets across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn using Canva Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok using CapCut Bringing creative direction and fresh ideas to client briefs — not just executing instructions but actively contributing to the creative process Researching trends, aesthetics, and content formats relevant to each client's industry and audience Delivering work to a consistently high standard, on time and with attention to detail Communicating clearly and proactively with the Melbourne team throughout the week What We Are Looking For Demonstrated expertise in Canva and CapCut — you know these tools inside and out and can produce premium quality output in both A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases both design and video editing work at a high level A genuine creative leader — someone who brings ideas, references, and creative energy to the team rather than waiting to be told what to do An understanding of social media content trends and what performs on each platform Excellent written communication skills in English A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively Experience creating content for Australian, US, or UK markets is highly regarded Important A portfolio of relevant work is required to be considered for this role.
