We're now looking for a Social Content Manager who will become the face of our content across short-form platforms.

The Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how algorithms work, and knows how to create content that captures attention.

You will be responsible for turning company news, product launches, customer stories, industry insights, and founder ideas into engaging short-form content.

Your mission is simple:

Build attention.

Build distribution.

Build audience.

You will be one of the most visible people in the company and play a key role in shaping how thousands of people discover GojiberryAI every day.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short-form content across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Turn founder insights, customer stories, and company updates into engaging content
• Record, edit, and repurpose video content
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Analyze performance and continuously improve content output
• Develop creative content campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
• Collaborate directly with founders and growth teams
• Help position GojiberryAI as a leading voice in AI, sales, and GTM

Requirements

• Bilingual or native English (mandatory)
• Excellent on-camera communication skills
• Proven experience creating content for social media
• Strong understanding of short-form content mechanics
• Experience growing audiences on at least one major platform
• Comfortable recording videos and being the public face of content
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Highly autonomous with a strong execution mindset
• Obsessed with testing, learning, and improving content performance

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience creating founder-led content
• Knowledge of LinkedIn growth and personal branding
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, etc.)
• Experience working in startups
