Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to IT products and services. Assist clients with technical issues, product information, and general customer support. Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and reporting. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Stay informed about the latest IT solutions and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to clients. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
