Skincare Brand Advisory Board Member

Location: Remote   Compensation: Advisory Position (Unpaid role offering strategic influence, distribution growth support, and the opportunity to help scale a purpose-led consumer brand) Are you a consumer brand, retail, or growth leader ready to help scale a skincare business across multiple channels and markets? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Switzerland-based consumer brand’s advisory board, providing expertise in distribution growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships to support sustainable commercial expansion. What You’ll Do:    Advise on distribution strategy across retail, pharmacy, wellness, and other relevant commercial channels Support brand positioning and partnership development in markets where trust and product credibility are important Guide customer acquisition, repeat purchase strategy, and sustainable growth across both direct-to-consumer and business partnerships Help shape the expansion of a purpose-led skincare brand seeking to grow across consumer and professional channels Who We’re Looking For :   Senior executive with experience scaling consumer brands in beauty, wellness, personal care, or related categories Background in retail, pharmacy, distribution partnerships, or multi-market brand growth Understanding of healthcare-adjacent, trust-led, or specialist product positioning is valued Track record of helping brands grow without losing clarity of positioning or customer loyalty Experience with European market expansion, brand strategy, or repeatable channel growth is a strong advantage *Positions shared here require individuals to be active members of the Veblen community.
