German appreciated. Master Degree in Construction, Civil, or other technical Engineering background 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, digging. Availability to spend long periods abroad on site (approx. 70-75% per year) . Driving license. Leadership attitude. Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors. Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management. Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset.
