About the Opportunity
A global technology leader is expanding its ServiceNow practice and hiring multiple Platform Architects to serve as trusted technical advisors to Fortune 500 clients. These are senior platform-level seats with end-to-end accountability for ServiceNow architecture, governance, integrations, and long-term platform health across complex enterprise environments.
We are hiring across the following specialization tracks:
What You Will Do
Define end-to-end technical strategy for ServiceNow, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across multiple modules. Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, platform owners, and development teams. Establish and enforce technical governance including instance strategy, platform guardrails, naming conventions, and coding standards. Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, SIEM/SOAR/EDR tools, and vulnerability scanners. Proactively identify and remediate technical debt while driving adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities. Lead platform upgrades, patching, and enhancement work aligned to new ServiceNow releases. Drive adoption of AI, LLM, and Agentic AI capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
What We Are Looking For
8 to 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 to 10 years specialized in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation. Deep platform expertise across multiple modules — ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, CSM, SPM, Creator Workflows. Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript (server/client), Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and integration patterns including REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. Experience leading at least two large enterprise implementations end-to-end. Strong consulting and advisory presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Required Certifications (at least one)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules. ServiceNow CSA at minimum for all candidates.
Nice to Have
For SecOps track: experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud); knowledge of NIST and SANS incident response frameworks. For BFSI track: business case expertise in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance. For AMS track: experience leading managed services and support engagements.
