ServiceNow Manager

We are looking for a ServiceNow Manager to join our client's team! In this role, you will serve as the lead architect and strategic leader of the ServiceNow platform, driving its development, implementation, and management across the organization while leading a dedicated technical team.

What you will do:

• Serve as the lead architect, overseeing the configuration, implementation, seamless integration, and long-term maintenance of the platform.
• Lead and mentor a development team focused on enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business objectives.
• Work closely with various business areas to identify needs and ensure they align perfectly with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop and implement best practices for platform governance, security, license compliance, and daily operational performance.
• Manage key relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Team Leader, with a track record of managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platform development, configuration, and administration. Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssist AI is a great advantage!
• Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM/HR processes. Official ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a good level of English.
