Job Description This is a remote position. 5+ years of overall ServiceNow Experience & at least 2 years of experience in HR Service Delivery Application Has knowledge & understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices Proficient in understanding of HR best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD Experience in creating business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow GRC module application Hands-on in HR Service Creation, configuring Case Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Transition & Onboarding Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system Excellent in documentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations Requirements CSA Certification is mandatory
