YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative and organizational support to daily business activities Manage documentation, filing activities, and data archiving Support internal and external communications Enter, update, and maintain information within company systems and databases Assist colleagues with operational and back-office activities Support cross-functional processes and business operations Collaborate with teams located in Milan and Trezzano Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely support and assistance Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and records Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: Hard Skills High school diploma or equivalent qualification Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with digital tools and business applications Ability to manage and organize documentation accurately Basic data entry and administrative management skills Preferred Knowledge In: Customer service and support activities Administrative and back-office processes CRM or document management systems Soft Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Precision and sense of responsibility Teamwork and collaborative attitude Proactive mindset and willingness to learn Flexibility and adaptability Reliability and punctuality Positive approach and customer-oriented attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Languages Skills: Fluent Italian Basic English knowledge is considered a plus COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Employment Type: Internship (6 or 12 months) Compensation: €700 net per month Additional Information: The internship includes a structured learning path, mentorship and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and innovative environment.
