Service Engineer II IS - Remote

Service Engineer II IS - Remote Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 or more years of related experience. Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes. Experience with n-tier solutions. Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
