Service Desk Engineer - Remote (Atlantic Time Zone)
Our client, a leading Bermuda-based provider of managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support, is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing technical team.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2+ years of IT support experience who enjoys helping users, troubleshooting technical issues, and is looking to further develop their skills across Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
The successful candidate will work with the organization on a full-time consulting basis as part of their ongoing technical team. This is intended to be a long-term arrangement rather than a fixed-term contract, offering the stability of full-time work alongside some of the flexibility associated with independent consulting. The role is structured as an independent consulting engagement, with the successful candidate responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits.
Key requirements include:
MSP experience, Intune exposure, PowerShell knowledge, and Microsoft certifications would be considered assets.
This is a fully remote position based in Canada, working Atlantic Time business hours. While the role is primarily remote, occasional employer-funded travel to Bermuda will be part of the experience.
