Oversee the end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for a global client. Demonstrate effective communication skills, fostering strong relationships and interpersonal connections. Adhere to project timelines rigorously to ensure timely completion. Develop a comprehensive communication strategy for stakeholders, securing agreement on reporting formats and maintaining consistent communication frequency. Proactively engage customers during project delivery, addressing risks or potential delays and orchestrating Customer Acceptance Tests. Prioritize orders and enforce prioritization throughout delivery phase. Strategically manage project-level delivery plans until the final site delivery. Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal resources and the customer.
