We are hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator to support mission-critical banking infrastructure and data center operations for a regional banking client. This is a remote-based opportunity for candidates located in Johor, working closely with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in service coordination, infrastructure operations, data center support, or IT project coordination who enjoy managing operational activities, stakeholder communications, and service delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

• Coordinate daily service delivery activities related to infrastructure support, data center operations, hardware deployment, and structured cabling
• Monitor incidents, service requests, and change activities to ensure SLA compliance and adherence to ITIL processes
• Track maintenance schedules, hardware refresh activities, and equipment deployment timelines
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, service records, and asset tracking updates

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between banking stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and internal delivery teams
• Support operational meetings, service reviews, and client communications
• Escalate critical incidents and operational risks promptly to ensure minimal disruption

Project Coordination

• Coordinate infrastructure-related activities including rack & stack, migrations, network upgrades, and cabling projects
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables using ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar tools

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Assist in preparing service delivery reports, dashboards, and operational analytics
• Support reporting automation initiatives using Excel, Power BI, VBA, or Python
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in service delivery coordination, IT infrastructure support, or data center operations
• Experience supporting banking, financial services, or managed services environments is highly preferred
• Familiar with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
• Basic understanding of data center operations, hardware lifecycle management, and structured cabling activities
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, VBA, or Python exposure is advantageous
