What is the role of an SEO Specialist @Hite Digital? SEO is one of the core product offerings at Hite Digital. Since we are an organization primarily focused on our product, we are very particular about the level of services we provide which makes this position on our team very important. In this role, you will be in charge of the overall strategy for your clients, including what SEO tasks we should perform to reach our goal. You will be managing those tasks by either completing them yourself or working through one of your team members. Job Responsibilities Cross-functional collaboration with other digital marketing teams to create cohesive and integrated SEO strategic plans to accomplish customer goals Optimize web pages by using SEO, CRO, and SMO best practices Develop content recommendations and technical analysis presentations Decide upon final keyword lists with minimal supervision Prioritize tasks based on their likely effectiveness and ability to be implemented Present findings and back up recommendations with hard data on all SEO-related leads/sales/installs Formulate and execute link-building strategies Identify duplicate content or other problems that can arise in reporting or optimization Mentor and teach junior team members a best practice approach to SEO Perform other duties as assigned by manager or director Continuously improve SEO skill set, staying up to date with market shifts Create Content & Back Linking Strategies Requirements Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication and organizational skills Innovative thinker, intuitive learner, with the ability to quickly find solutions in fast-moving industry Experience leading and managing SEO efforts Experience with keyword research, strategy, and strategy implementation Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarify, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Advanced WordPress knowledge or other content management systems Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills with an attention to detail Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python Experienced with E-Commerce SEO Advanced English level Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
