We invite a Principal Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. You’ll coordinate Scrum teams in a SAFe environment, enabling smooth delivery and improving collaboration, processes, and overall execution across a complex, integration-heavy platform. 🟩 What's in it for you: Own delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech platform, supporting ongoing team and platform scaling Operate at the account level, coordinating multiple Scrum teams in a SAFe environment while improving delivery flow and processes Gain exposure to the private markets domain and high-demand AI and blockchain technologies ✅ Is that you? 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in Delivery Management Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments Strong experience driving and enabling end-to-end delivery across multiple Scrum teams Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments Solid experience initiating, scaling, and growing large programs or accounts Demonstrated ability to establish and improve delivery processes and team collaboration Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior decision-makers Ability to lead discussions with technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems Experience in fintech or private markets domains 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll coordinate delivery across multiple Scrum teams in a SAFe environment, supporting execution, alignment, and improving delivery processes across the account.
