5feet4 is an AI-native film and content studio. We make narrative films and AI-driven content, and we care a lot about how it all feels. We're looking for an editor who shares that obsession and can hold their own on serious work. This is someone who knows that international look and feel, who can take footage and shape it into something with rhythm, mood and intention. You should be just as comfortable cutting a narrative film as you are working with AI-generated content, because we do plenty of both. What we're after A strong sense of pacing, taste and storytelling. An editor who understands the difference between a cut that works and a cut that lands. Someone who watches good work obsessively and brings that reference into their own. Familiarity with AI content workflows is a real plus, but a great eye matters more than anything. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing to create high-quality, impactful visual content. Solid expertise in Video Color Grading to enhance aesthetics and storytelling elements. Experience with Motion Graphics to deliver dynamic and engaging visuals. Basic to advanced knowledge of Graphics design to support video elements. Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Previous experience in leadership roles or managing video editing teams is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field preferred. The details Full time, fully remote, work from anywhere. Budget is 30k per month. How to apply We don't need a CV, your work says everything. Send your portfolio to [email protected]. If your reel speaks to us, we'll send across a short sample edit before we make it official, because the best way to know an editor is to see how they cut. Show us what you've got.
