Job Purpose: To lead the creation and post-production of high-quality video content that enhances brand storytelling, audience engagement, and business communications across digital, social media, and corporate channels. The role is responsible for delivering innovative, platform-optimised content through advanced editing techniques, AI-powered tools, and creative visual storytelling while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all projects. Key Accountabilities: Lead the editing and post-production of high-quality video content, transforming raw footage into engaging, visually compelling, and platform-optimised stories aligned with brand objectives. Create and edit a wide range of content, including social media videos, short-form content, corporate films, interviews, employer branding campaigns, and digital marketing assets. Drive the creation of social-first and short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, applying platform-specific best practices, trends, storytelling techniques, subtitles, and pacing. Utilise AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance video production workflows, including AI-generated video clips, audio enhancement, visual effects, content repurposing, automation, and creative ideation to improve efficiency and output quality. Edit interview-based content, structuring narratives effectively, creating seamless dialogue flows, and enhancing audience engagement through strong storytelling techniques. Collaborate closely with creative teams, stakeholders, and content creators to understand project objectives and deliver impactful visual content. Apply colour correction, basic colour grading, audio editing, and sound design to ensure a polished and professional final product. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines. Stay up to date with emerging trends in video editing, AI tools, social media content, and digital storytelling to continuously improve content performance and innovation. Required Qualifications: Minimum Experience: 4+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and visual enhancements. Experience with AI-powered creative and editing tools, including video generation, editing automation, audio enhancement, and content optimisation platforms. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable. Understanding of video formats, codecs, export settings, and platform-specific optimisation requirements. Experience creating content for both horizontal and vertical video formats. Experience producing or shooting mobile-first content is considered an advantage. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing social media, short-form, campaign, and corporate video content.
