Job Description Job Title: Senior UX Designer Job Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description/ Requirement: 3–5+ years of UX/Product Design experience. Advanced expertise in Figma. Experience creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs, prototypes, and design documentation. Strong understanding of component-based design, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and design systems. Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, and service-support tools. Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Skills AI-enabled applications, assistants, chatbots, or decision-support tools. Contact center/customer service applications. Healthcare or health insurance domain experience. Internal enterprise tools and Build-Operate-Transfer environments. Strong visual and interaction design skills. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
