In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier technical talent across various industries including IT, engineering, and technology sectors. You will leverage cutting-edge recruitment technologies and your deep industry knowledge to connect exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will also mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions. Your expertise will play a vital role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional talent and staffing services. Responsibilities Source and identify highly qualified technical candidates using advanced methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, and networking. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and business objectives. Coach and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their sourcing and recruitment skills. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track candidates and generate reports. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the technical recruitment and hiring landscape. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role. Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends. Excellent sourcing skills including expertise in Boolean search and social media recruiting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and candidates effectively. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
