✔ Source and engage top-tier technical talent across AI/ML, Data & Analytics, and Technology roles ✔ Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach ✔ Screen candidates for technical fit, qualifications, and interest ✔ Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to fill client roles quickly and accurately ✔ Stay current on tech market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive talent landscapes

✅WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 2-4 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in the staffing industry ✔ Experience sourcing for technical roles (AI, Data, Analytics, Software, IT, or similar) ✔ Strong Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency ✔ High-activity mindset — comfortable with a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment ✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly ✔ Based in Phoenix, AZ or open to remote work
