Senior Technical Product Owner (IDP)

Product Owner (retail sector) About the role Tech innovation hub in around 400 teammates, divided in Tribes/Domains and those in Squads. One of them is requiring a new PO for leading a multidisciplinary team of (8-12 members) in collaboration of the Squad Tech lead (Dev lead). Ready to be part of the challenge? In this Role, youll get to: Take lead of team as the Product Owner (Scrum+Safe). Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Work closely with the CPO to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Follow our competitors and the industry. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Work comfortable with other teams outside the HUB without an agile methodology. Help team to growth. Required Skills Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 7 years. MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field. Previous experience on managing people. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to details. Experience in other CIAM/Infrastructure/Cloud development projects would be a plus. Extra Points Jira, Confluence or other Agile tools. Experience in working in Agile Methodologies / Squads organization (Spotify Model).
