Job Req Id: 1452889 Ref Job Posting Title for online visibility Analytics Automation Engineer Internal Job Posting Title Analytics Automation Engineer Department Paramount Streaming Location Hybrid or Remote Overview Responsibilities Data plays a central role at Paramount Streaming and as part of the Data Insights Group DIG our Measurement Operations MOPS team plays a crucial part in the success of our streaming products It drives business product and operational decisions by providing rich data strategic insights and analytical products We are looking for an Analytics QA Engineer for Paramount Streaming who is passionate about data and entertainment and who thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment The Analytics Automation Engineer is responsible for delivering quality welltested software to support custom tracking solutions as well as analytics QA The ideal candidate will maintain endtoend test automation scriptssolutions including its development testing and deployment to production Your DaytoDay Engaging with QA Engineer to prioritize and automate the testing for tracking libraries and SDKs for Mobile Apps and Connected TVs CTV Assist team in meeting established OKRs around data quality through the use of automation Convert test cases to test scripts and provide a selfserve ability for the rest of the team to execute automated testing Partner with QA Engineer to developsupport testing solutions which help them validate the streaming tracking analytics effeciently Collaborate with cross functional team members to troubleshoot issuestest failures related to analytics implementations Contribute to tracking specs review test deploymaintain test suites that will help support high quality analytics software Automate QA tests using real and simulated devices Analyze and document test results and create detailed Jira bug tickets Key Responsibilities Support automated testing efforts for analytics APIs that collect data across multiple platforms Participate in the continuous development and enhancement of test automation frameworks that support data collection and data validation capabilities Automate test cases perform test script audits to identify tracking gapsinconsistencies and solve technical implementationtracking issues Mentor QA engineers to utilize test automation as the primary source of testing and help them adapt to the automation framework Act as a point of contact for test automation throughout the SDLC and also peer review test scripts Gen AI Claude is mandatory hands on to rewriterefactor automation scripts improve reliability readability and reduce duplication Should have good knowledge on utilizing relevant AI for enriching autoamtion framework Apply GenAI to enrich automation at framework level self healing support maintenance optimization and failure RCA assistance Buildextend Agentic automation framework where agents assist in test generation execution support and maintenance workflows Implement RAG based context grounding so script generation and recommendations use requirementstest assetsdefect history Hands on Docker for containerizing automation AI utilities for consistent localCI runs CICD integration mindset align automation execution with pipelines and test management systems Qualifications 5 years of software development and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with programming languages like JavaScript Python or Java Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences Strong communication problem solving and creativethinking skills Experience with test planning test execution test automation and acceptance testing in an Agile environment Strong advocate for continuous improvement best practices for test automation and testing tools Experience using proxying tools eg Charles Wireshark Chrome DevTools BrowserMob You might also have Experience working with tag management tools eg Tealium Adobe Launch Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver and Appium Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Experience working with analytics tools eg Adobe Analytics Testing experience with mobile applications and CTV platforms using ADBXcode Success in building a culture of good test engineering processes and practices Min Salary: Max Salary: Job Segment: Testing, QA Engineer, Quality Engineer, Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Technology, Engineering
