Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) Workload - 80 - 100% The position aims to deliver high-value solutions in collaboration with key customers and business departments. The candidate will work in a team to develop full-stack applications and services that support core business capabilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the .NET stack, strong backend development skills, and end-to-end development lifecycle expertise. What will you do Build and evolve AI‑enabled applications from early prototypes to production systems Collaborate closely with product managers and analysts during ideation and discovery phases Design, architecture, develop, and maintain high‑quality backend services like APIs, MCPs, databases and messaging systems Rapidly experiment with new ideas and iterate based on feedback and data Participating in DevOps activities: CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting Take ownership of software components for products emerging from ideation initiatives Continuously explore new development tools, frameworks, and AI‑related capabilities Share learnings and support other teams through knowledge exchange What you bring & who you are Several years of hands‑on experience as a software engineer using .NET Strong craftsmanship mindset and pride in building quality software Deep experience working across backend components (REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases, messaging queues, etc.), using modern architectural and design patterns Genuine and proven interest in AI‑enabled features and intelligent applications Enjoy working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined Ability to balance speed of experimentation with production quality Team‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn Fluent in English; German is a plus Benefits: At our company, we strive to create a culture of continuous learning, personal growth, and inter- national community involvement.
