Location: Eindhoven (Hybrid) Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible 6-month extension) Role Overview We are seeking two experienced Senior Scrum Masters to support multiple teams in advancing Agile ways of working and accelerating organizational transformation. The role focuses on guiding teams in adopting and optimizing Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Determine and implement the most suitable Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) for each team Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach and support teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile practices Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments Proven experience managing and coaching multiple teams simultaneously Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM II or higher) Experience in team coaching (certification is a plus) Additional Requirements Candidates must provide a tailored CV and motivation in PDF format Pre-employment screening required before start Valid identification required at onboarding Work Environment Hybrid setup with an initial on-site focus, transitioning to more remote work over time
