Job Purpose Job Purpose As a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator, you will support our supply chain and production teams in building and managing customized supply chain solutions enabling client delivery across a range of localization and/or data services projects. This includes, but is not limited to onboarding, qualification, compliance, contracting, reporting and supplier performance management activities. You will be expected to take ownership of a specific sub-area or initiative and ensure it performs according to expectations, proactively flagging risks, reporting on progress and working with senior team members to ensure any applicable policies and/or requirements are followed. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Support the development and management of customized supply chain solutions using the existing database of global partners and the AI Community. Independently build and manage less complex supply chain solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers supporting assigned programs. Provide assistance to suppliers in addressing client-specific processes and issue resolution. Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the localization and/or data services industry. Ability to manage assigned tasks or sub-projects independently while seeking guidance when required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and positive approach. Process-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present recommendations and reports.
