Senior Sales Specialist Build the Market. Win New Clients. Own the Outcome. We are looking for a top-performing Senior Sales Specialist to take full ownership of our growth in Germany. This is not a role for account managers or relationship maintainers. This is a pure hunter position for someone who consistently wins new business, opens doors where others fail, and builds pipelines from zero. You will lead Ework’s market expansion in Germany by acquiring new clients in IT and engineering and establishing a strong, scalable business foundation, by building a strong and sustainable client portfolio from the ground up. What You Will Do • Identify and win new clients in the German IT and engineering market • Build a qualified sales pipeline from scratch through relentless prospecting and networking • Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, and closing • Position Ework’s freelance contracting and Total Talent solutions at senior stakeholder level and Hiring Managers • Convert opportunities into long-term commercial agreements • Act as the driving force behind our market entry and growth in Germany What You Will Be Measured On • New client wins • Revenue generated from new business • Pipeline strength and conversion rate • Speed and consistency of deal closure Who You Are You are a true hunter with a proven track record in winning new business. • 5+ years of success in B2B sales within IT services, engineering services, or staffing solutions • Demonstrated ability to consistently close new logos • Strong existing network with decision-makers in IT and engineering • Deep understanding of contracting, project-based business, freelance/contracting models (ANÜ experience is a plus) • Confident in engaging and negotiating at senior stakeholder level • Highly structured in pipeline management and forecasting • Driven by results, ownership, and performance – not activity • Willingness to travel within Germany (driver’s license class B required) • Fluent in German and English This role is not suited for candidates who rely on existing accounts or inbound leads.
