Position Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts, drive client acquisition, and generate revenue through our IT services portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales in the IT industry, with a focus on consultative selling and strategic account management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for IT services and digital solutions. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients in targeted industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing). Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction post-sale. Manage and mentor junior sales or business development team members (if applicable). Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership. Represent Pentoz at networking events, virtual conferences, and client meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in IT services, software solutions , or tech consulting . Strong knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, App Development, and Managed IT Services . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Preferred: Experience selling in international markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East). Experience in consultative and solution-based selling approaches. Knowledge of SaaS, DevOps, or Enterprise IT environments. What We Offer: Competitive salary + uncapped performance-based incentives.
