Our client specializes in industrial parts cleaning systems , particularly ultrasonic and aqueous cleaning technologies . We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead business development and sales activities in Germany. Role Overview The ideal candidate will have strong B2B technical sales experience in industrial parts washing machines, surface treatment, painting plants, coating plants, or related industrial process technologies . Experience in one of the following areas will be considered highly relevant: Industrial parts cleaning / washing systems Chemicals for paint shops, coating facilities, or wastewater treatment plants Painting plant sales Coating plant sales Surface treatment or industrial process equipment sales The candidate is expected to bring an existing customer network in Germany , strong industry relationships, and the ability to create immediate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development activities in Germany Identify and acquire new customers across target industries Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Prepare technical-commercial proposals with engineering teams Conduct customer visits and technical presentations Build long-term customer relationships Represent the company at fairs and industry events Provide market intelligence on customers, competitors, and pricing Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 5–10+ years of B2B industrial / capital equipment sales experience Proven experience in project-based technical sales, preferably €50K – €500K range Knowledge of industrial cleaning, washing, coating, painting, surface treatment, or related technologies Strong customer network within Germany, especially in automotive, CNC machining, precision manufacturing, paint shops, coating facilities, or industrial production environments Ability to convert existing relationships into sales opportunities German: Native / Fluent English: Professional proficiency Willingness to travel frequently within Germany Application Process Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to [email protected] .
