About the Role : We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our sales team. In this newly developed role, you will serve as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Education and Operations, equipping our sales team with the tools, technology, and cross-functional alignment they need to achieve revenue goals. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You’ll report to the VP of Sales. The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 CAD. Responsibilities: Design and deliver sales team onboarding programs for new sales hires, reducing ramp-up time Partner with Education on creating a knowledge base and deploying training curricula covering product knowledge and sales methodology for sales teams Own and manage the end-to-end sales and education tech stack, including CRM (i.e., Hubspot), sales engagement platforms, learning management systems (LMS) tools, and analytics dashboards Evaluate, implement, and optimize enablement technologies to support account management, business development, distributor networks, and key account teams Partner with Data/Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, system integrations, and actionable reporting Identify gaps in tooling and build the business case for new technology investments Collaborate with Growth and Marketing on pricing strategies for key accounts and promotional calendar Translate market feedback from the sales team into actionable insights for Product and Marketing Cross functionally work with team to ensure strong ROI at tradeshows and events (eventually leading this team) Define and track key enablement KPIs to be determined Regularly report on program effectiveness and iterate based on data and sales feedback Who You Are: 5 - 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related B2B go-to-market role Hands-on experience with LMS, e-commerce and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify) and sales engagement tools Must have extensive knowledge in HubSpot Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate program impact Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Nice to Haves: Experience with B2B trade shows Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
