Now we’re looking for a driven, strategic Sales Representative to own the expansion of our partner channel. Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Representative with 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally with exposure to Home energy assessors, contractors, HVAC, or energy services. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—you'll develop our partner channel strategy while building relationships and processes from the ground up. The right candidate thrives in “white space” environments, building outreach processes and systems from the ground up, and is comfortable with frequent travel to trade shows, partner sites, and industry events. While you’ll be supported on higher-level strategy, you’ll own execution and partner development. Key Responsibilities Own partner channel development and day-to-day execution Manage outreach, relationship building, and sales activities with contractors and channel partners Execute trade show strategy, including on-the-ground sales and follow-up Build and refine outreach processes, playbooks, and CRM systems Support senior leadership with materials and outreach for utility deals, as needed Maintain and grow strong, lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in contractor services, HVAC, or related industries Comfortable with significant travel (trade shows, partner visits, industry events) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-starter who can build processes in an early-stage environment with limited structure Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities Experience with CRMs and sales process tools a plus What You’ll Gain Opportunity to join an early-stage startup and make an immediate impact Hands-on role in building out our partner channel from the ground up Exposure to both utility and contractor sales, with mentorship and support on strategic growth initiatives A fast-paced environment with room for growth as the company scales Compensation & Location Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience (expected range: $75,000 – $95,000 base) Commission: Performance-based sales commission structure with uncapped earning potential Equity : Equity package based on experience Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; travel reimbursement Location: Preference for candidates based in the San Francisco or Texas, with flexibility for remote work when not traveling Compensation The base pay range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
