Senior Sales & Recruiting Manager (Restaurant & Hospitality Recruiting | Remote) Revenue Producer First. Leadership Opportunity Second. RestaurantZone is seeking a high-performing sales and recruiting professional to help drive revenue growth, generate placements, expand client relationships, and help influence recruiting performance across our restaurant and hospitality recruiting division. This is a hands-on player-coach role. We are not looking for a pure manager, administrator, or executive sitting on the sidelines. We are looking for someone who can personally generate business, close deals, fill positions, grow accounts, and lead by example through execution. Most importantly, RestaurantZone operates primarily in the direct-hire, retained search, and executive search space. This is not a temporary staffing, labor dispatch, or workforce solutions role. While leadership opportunities can grow over time, production comes first. What You'll Do Revenue Growth & Business Development • Generate new business through outbound activity, referrals, networking, and strategic outreach • Grow restaurant, hospitality, hotel, resort, franchise, and foodservice accounts • Drive repeat business and multi-role partnerships • Close direct-hire, retained search, and executive search opportunities • Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring revenue Recruiting & Personal Production • Personally recruit and fill management, corporate, and executive-level positions • Build strong candidate pipelines • Drive interviews, offers, and placements • Lead by example through personal production and execution Player-Coach Leadership • Help elevate recruiter performance, urgency, and accountability • Share best practices and assist with recruiter development • Support leadership in improving overall team execution and results What Success Looks Like Ideal candidates have experience with: • $250K–$750K+ annual production, billings, or revenue generation • Multiple placements per month • Growing and expanding client relationships • Generating revenue through both sales and recruiting activity • Operating with urgency, accountability, and a strong work ethic What We're Looking For • Proven success in direct-hire recruiting, executive search, staffing sales, or business development • Experience selling or delivering retained search, contingency recruiting, or executive search services strongly preferred • Strong hunter mentality and closing ability • Track record of generating revenue, growing accounts, and building relationships • Restaurant, hospitality, hotel, franchise, staffing, or recruiting experience preferred • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and urgency • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment Compensation • Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 depending on experience, production history, and overall fit • Aggressive uncapped commission structure • Additional upside tied to self-generated business, account growth, collaborative placements, and team production opportunities Estimated Earnings Potential • Strong Performer: $125K–$175K+ • High Performer: $175K–$250K+ • Elite Performer: $250K+ Platform, Support & Resources • Established national restaurant and hospitality recruiting brand • Existing client base and active searches • ATS, sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales, and AI tools provided • Sourcing and operational support • Direct access to leadership • Fully remote environment Benefits • 401(k) • PTO and sick time • Health stipend Who This Role Is For • Producers who enjoy both sales and recruiting • Recruiters who can sell • Sales professionals who understand recruiting • Player-coaches who want meaningful upside and influence Who This Role Is Not For • Individuals looking for a pure management role • Individuals who prefer account maintenance over business development • Individuals seeking a highly structured corporate environment • Individuals uncomfortable with accountability, KPIs, or performance-based compensation Why RestaurantZone?
