About the Role Aventus Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role will focus on recruiting top-tier professionals for our North American client base while partnering closely with senior leadership on high-priority search mandates. This is a fully remote position requiring availability during EST working hours. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes Source, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates Conduct candidate interviews and assessments Build and maintain talent pipelines Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Prepare candidate presentations and search reports Partner with leadership on executive and professional search mandates Maintain recruitment activity within internal systems Qualifications 3+ years of recruitment experience Executive search or professional services recruitment experience preferred Strong written and verbal English communication skills Proven sourcing and candidate engagement abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Fully remote position EST working hours Long-term career growth opportunities Exposure to leading North American clients
