We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring construction, engineering, technical positions, and client/account management. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, influence hiring strategies, and partner closely with leaders to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities Lead full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-levelengineering roles. Conduct detailed intake meetings with department heads to understand role requirements. Build sourcing strategies for technical roles. Screen candidates for technical competency, experience level, and cultural fit. Manage candidate experience, interview flow, and offer negotiation. Provide talent market insights, competitor mapping, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations. Optimize recruitment processes and introduce best practices. Mentor and coach Junior Recruiters on sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Qualifications 3-5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with strong exposure to construction, engineering, or technical hiring. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing pipelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience negotiating offers and advising on hiring decisions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Amenable to a hybrid schedule: 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite.
