About The Role The Senior Qualitative Project Manager provides a significant contribution to MedSurvey’s growth and success. The role is instrumental in achieving company goals by providing excellent client service and managing the successful delivery of qualitative healthcare market research projects. You will use your experience to provide consultative support throughout the course of the project lifecycle, manage key project metrics including timelines and budget, and think critically to develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves working closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include… Develop and execute strategies that ensure the successful completion of domestic and global qualitative studies. Create and share daily project updates with customers that clearly communicate key project metrics, fielding strategies, and proactively address challenges with clear solutions Coordinate with partners to ensure that projects are successfully completed on time and within budget while also ensuring we deliver with high quality Work closely with teams across MedSurvey to build great customer relationships, deliver high levels of service, and be empowered to make the best decisions that balance customer and business needs Qualifications Must reside in the US 7+ years of experience in healthcare market research 5+ years of experience in qualitative project management with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them Benefits Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Variable compensation plan based on personal and company performance Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Flexible vacation time that encourages rest and recovery Retirement plan with a safe harbor company match Hybrid & Remote work options, along with a home office equipment budget And more… The Interview Process We review each resume individually - we don’t rely on an automated system.
